ATTENTION THIS IS NOT BEVERLY HILLS. THIS IS West Hollywood. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU BOOK. The Check-In is NOT traditional front desk check in. You will NOT be checking in at the lobby. So you may not bother anyone in the building. For liability purposes, we consider our guests simply as guests. This is because Airbnb / short term rental has a stigma attached due to bad experiences with guests over the years having parties, noise complaints, bothering people etc. This is to ensure the Residents and employees will not be bothered. This is a small price to pay however for the quality of building, location and amenities or PRICE point you will be getting First of all, you will have a great time. Second, you HAVE TO read all the rules and instructions. NO PETS ALLOWED If you are new to Airbnb, please note that AIRBNB is the company that runs the show, WE as your host are NOT part of Airbnb just like you the guest is not part of Airbnb. Airbnb only allows us to share our spaces on their platforms, just like your favorite Rideshares. ———————————————- ❗️❗️A security deposit of $300-$500 may be required. Security deposit request will be sent to you via Airbnb and must be paid prior to check in. Sorry but we have to protect ourselves as Airbnb claims can be a hassle. Your deposit will be issued back to you on the same day of your checkout. Once you have checked out, keys and garage transponders and it’s been confirmed nothing is missing or damaged during your stay, the major rules listed aren’t broken you will receive your full security deposit back. This is to ensure a more suitable environment and also a smooth stay for yourself and all of our guests to come. ❗❗❗ATTENTION: please know that building owners and building managers or agents have the rights to enter and perform mandatory services or inspect the property with proper notice being given. Ex Like annual safety inspections for fire alarms and or sprinkler inspections etc. The same goes for emergency situations that requires immediate attention. We don't have the authority to tell them NO if it is something necessary . - If you have Kids in your group. Please ensure to keep them from running around or making excessive noises that can be a nuisance to our Neighbors. - If you are not a solo traveler or you have more than one person on the reservation, Please Share ALL the rules and details with your party. Your Entire group needs to be made aware of all rules and instructions. 🚪 Same day bookings, please allow 2-3 hours of advanced notice prior to check in. Matching ID is required for check in. (Please have your ID available ) ❌No extra guest other than the names provided that will be staying here. (Violation will result in being placed out of the property with no refunds. ) 📷 Front door surveillance camera . Highly monitored. (If cameras are tempered with you will be placed out of the unit with no refunds for violating our rules.) 🚭 NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY INCLUDING BALCONY. - there is a $500 fine for smoking anywhere in the unit or if there's any evidence of having smoked in the unit. Strictly prohibited from smoking in the units. 🍽 DISHES that you use are YOUR responsibility to wash and clean 🗑 NO LEAVING TRASH or LITTERING IN PARKING GARAGES. (or you can be fined) ❗️❗️❗️If you encounter any issues or have any questions or concerns, PLEASE just contact us on the Airbnb message thread and inform us. Do NOT wait until your checkout date to say something. Why? Because by then it will already be too late for anything to be done for the duration of your stay unfortunately . So AGAIN. PLEASE COMMUNICATE. Thank You! If you are shipping packages please we recommend you ship your items to a local UPS , USPS , FedEx Or other local facility for you to pick up. Do not ship to the unit as we have no control over deliveries. - NO MAILBOX ACCESS ATTENTION: COMMUNICATION IS ONLY TO BE MADE WITH US. NOT FRONT DESK OR BUILDING STAFF. THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO ASSIST YOU IN ANYTHING AS YOU ARE SIMPLY A GUEST AND NOT THE PROPERTY OWNER OR PERSON AUTHORIZED TO COMMUNICATE ISSUES RELATING TO THE PROPERTY TO THE BUILDING STAFF. DISTURBING OF BUILDING STAFF OR EMPLOYEES CAN RESULT IN FINES OR COMPLETE NONE REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION TO YOUR RESERVATION. THAT IS WHY WE ARE HERE TO ASSIST YOU DIRECTLY. AGAIN, ALL COMMUNICATION IS TO BE MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH US. YOUR HOSTING TEAM. WE ARE AVAILABLE FROM 8am - 2am pacific standard time. HELLO. PLEASE BE REMINDED OF THESE HOUSE RULES CHECKOUT IS 11AM. 🚽 PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH FEMININE PRODUCTS, NAPKINS, TRASH OR DISPOSAL WIPES IN TOILETS. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. SINK's GARBAGE DISPOSAL: ONLY RUN SMALL AND SOFT FOOD DOWN THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL. DO NOT RUN ANYTHING LIKE BONES OR ANY OTHER TRASH DOWN THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL/ INSINKERATOR PLEASE REPORT DAMAGES IMMEDIATELY NO LOUD NOISES, LOUD MUSIC OR PARTIES 🍽 DISHES THAT YOU USE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO WASH AND CLEAN THROUGH THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY. DISHWASHER CAN BE USED. IF YOU ARE DOING ANY LAUNDRY PLEASE DO NOT MIX OUR WHITE ITEMS WITH COLORED ITEMS. ENJOY YOUR STAY. MOST IMPORTANT RULE! CLEANING AND CLEANING FEE ‼️ The fee is what local cleaners charge to CLEAN the unit. It is a ONE TIME CLEANING FEE. so this service is provided only one time for your stay, unless you pay for another cleaning during your stay. CLEANING BREAKDOWN: vacuum/ sweep, mop, wipe and sanitize surfaces, empty trash bins 🗑 , do laundry etc. CLEANING FEE may also cover a few common or basic household items / supplies for the first few days of a stay. NOTE: none reusable supplies are NOT intended to be supplied for your entire stay if you are a guest staying for more than a few days. Guest staying for more than a few days are responsible for getting their own supplies when our supplies provided finishes. "Please do NOT move furnitures such as Beds and Couch or Sofas to avoid damage to legs" Before checkout please take all trash that does NOT fit in the trash bins down to the dumpsters outside or the trash chute in the hallways (if you are in a building). All of our hallways have trash chutes in them for dumping trash. Very large trash can be placed in the big dumpsters that can be found on ground levels or garage. Leaving Excessive trash or trash that is not in our trash bins in the units after checkout may result in additional charge for cleaning. PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF OUR BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS THAT BECOME EMPTY. Example: MULTI PURPOSE CLEANER, VINEGAR, LAUNDRY DETERGENT, HAND AND DISH SOAP, BODY WASH, SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER etc. LEAVE ALL EMPTY CONTAINERS IN THE UNIT FOR OUR TEAM. Stained or damaged beddings and towels that occurs during a stay, will be charged to guests directly if not repairable.
